Adopting a motion control system imported from Germany, the main components of the robot are produced with original German packaging. The robot has a complete protection level of IP65, X20 high-performance CPU, ATOM 0.6 GHz, 256 MB DDR2 RAM, 1 MB SRAM, CF program memory card (512M), 24 digital inputs, drain type, 24 digital outputs, 0.5A source type, analog output conveyor module, and the control system has a high-speed EtherCAT bus protocol. System communication current control loop: up to 31.25 μ s, speed control loop: up to 125 μ s, position control loop: up to 125 μ s, flexible and variable cooling scheme (no fan, forced cooling, cooling plate), multiple feedback methods, and diagnostic parameters can be displayed.
